About the Exec Team Whisperer

My passion is empowering Kiwi leadership teams to become highly effective, aligned, and strategically focused. I do this because:

  • Most of what drives breakthrough performance isn’t rocket science—it’s common sense but not common practice. I help leadership teams close that gap.

  • Leadership isn’t about playing the part, it’s about being who you are. I help leaders drop the mask, stop curating and start connecting— with themselves and each other.

  • Strategy, culture and change, - I don’t deliver those, I help leaders step up and do it for themselves. That’s when things really move.

  • People either create the future they aspire to or inherit the future they fear. Helping senior leaders be more intentional about this choice is good for profits, people and the planet

  • Doing this work is the most fun thing I know, I love it
